Stevia herb extract, benefits, health, effects, plant, supplements, side effects Stevia

What Stevia herb Is:

First there were cyclamates. Then there was saccharin. Next came aspartame. And now, in just the past few years, we have acesulfane-K and sucralose. Throughout America's expensive, never-ending quest for a low-calorie artificial substitute for sugar, few have considered the natural alternative: an obscure plant from Paraguay. The active phytochemical in the serrated leaves of stevia, or sweet herb as the locals call it, is at least a hundred times sweeter than sugar. Some 200 or so species of stevia grow throughout Central and South America, but none apparently is as sweet as this one.
