Lobelia herb extract, benefits, health, effects, plant, supplements, side effects Lobelia

What Lobelia herb Is:

Native Americans used to smoke the jagged-edged leaves of this native American plant, which grows across much of the continental United States. They did so to ease asthma, giving it the name asthma weed. More recently, people looking for cheap, legal highs have smoked this weed, which is also known as Indian tobacco, or have drunk lobelia tea. It reportedly stimulates and relaxes simultaneously, while also instilling a sense of mental clarity. Lobelia, whose yellowish green leaves taste as bitter as tobacco when chewed, has been used to relieve nicotine withdrawal symptoms. Another quality of the plant is evident from two of its other names: pukeweed and vomitwort.
