Boldo herb extract, benefits, health, effects, plant, supplements, side effects Boldo

What Boldo herb Is:

An evergreen tree indigenous to Chile and reportedly established in the mountains of some Mediterranean countries, boldo has somewhat thick, brittle, oval leaves. Chileans are said to eat the plant's yellow green fruit, strip its bark for use in tanning, and make charcoal from its wood. The plant gives off a rather unusual scent of wormseed or epasote (Chenopodium ambrosioides). Its crushed leaves are particularly malodorous.
